Dr. David W. Lee is a dual board certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is graduated from Chicago Medical School. He completed his residency training at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed fellowship training in Interventional Spine at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA) in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Lee holds over a decade worth of experience in the interventional spine and pain treatment, specializing in non-surgical treatment of a variety of pain conditions. He remains an active member in both PM&R and Pain societies, where he occupies both Chair and Executive Board positions. He continues to teach and present on a variety of spine and pain-related topics at the local, regional and national level. He reviews interventional spine and pain manuscripts for the journals of Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine, Pain Medicine and PM&R. Dr. Lee has provided sports coverage from high school to the professional level in a wide variety of sports including football, hockey, baseball and basketball; and continues to serve as a Spine Consultant for the Men's and Women's USA Volleyball Team.
