Dr. Santucci is the director of the Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction Program at the Neurogastroenterology and Motility Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and an associate professor of pediatrics in the division of pediatric gastroenterology. She is a physician-scientist with an NIH K23 award, with research focus on understanding risk factors contributing to the development of pediatric functional abdominal pain disorders and develop new treatment strategies targeting neuromodulation, especially auricular percutaneous eletrical nerve field stimulation. She is the Chair for the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN) Integrative Medicine Special Interest Group and the Rome Foundation Partners List Serv group. She is also the Neurogastroenterology and Motility Section Councilor for the American Gastroenterology Association (AGA) Institute Council and the American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society Councilor.
