Ryan D'Souza completed his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship training in Mayo Clinic Rochester. He is an interventional pain medicine physician and associate professor. Institutionally, his leadership positions include the Director of Neuromodulation and Director of Research. He is the immediate past Director of Inpatient Pain Service. Nationally, he serves as a Director-At-Large on the NANS Board of Directors. He is currently a Section Editor for Neuromodulation Journal (PNS section) and the Journal of Pain Research (Pain Education and Early Career Investigators Section), and Editor for Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (RAPM) Journal. As a physician-scientist, his research interests include neuromodulation, regenerative medicine, fibromyalgia patient outcomes, and evidence appraisal/guideline creation. He has authored over 190 peer-reviewed publications.
