Dr. Ahish Chitneni is an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellow at the University of California, Irvine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital – Columbia and Cornell, where he trained across Columbia University Medical Center, Weill Cornell Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Hospital for Special Surgery.
His clinical and research interests include neuromodulation and minimally invasive spine interventions. He has authored several publications, textbook chapters, and has contributed to national best-practice guidelines. He currently serves as Chair of the Resident and Fellow Section of the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), Founding Editor of the Resident/Fellow Section of Pain Medicine News, and participates in the Leadership Immersion Tract (LIT) at Pacific Pain & Spine Society.
